The NCLA representative attends two NCLA meetings a year, usually at the Oblate Retreat Centre, Crewe.  These take place on the first Saturday/Sunday in February and October.  For each meeting the NCLA rep has to produce a short report of CLC activities in the previous 6 months.  The report produced in October is submitted to the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales as part of the NCLA’s annual report.  Following attendance at the bi-annual meetings the NCLA rep produces a short report of the weekend to the CLC National Team Meeting in October and the Extended National Team Meeting in February/March.
