Dear friends,

I write to you with news from the leadership team of CLC in Lebanon.  Last year you provided emotional and practical support to our sisters and brothers in the community in Lebanon when they launched an appeal for funds late last year 2024 when the war with Israel broke out in their country.  They received a number of internally displaced Christian families from the south of the country and attended to their immediate needs for accommodation, food and medical attention.

Now that the war seems to have stopped in their country and the internally displaced families are starting to return to their villages, our community in Lebanon continues to walk with these families.  In an effort to be as transparent as possible with you (the donors of the funds collected last year) the leadership team of CLC in Lebanon is sending you the attached progress report of their mission and how they intend to continue working with these families in the short to medium term.  These very practical plans are being made possible through your generous donation that you made.  As a World ExCo we continue to walk with the community in Lebanon and their efforts.
