“I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” “Do not neglect hospitality, for through it some have unknowingly entertained angels.” Hebrews 13:2 (ESV).
Christian Life Community North West Region warmly invites you to attend this year’s National Assembly which will take place from 10 – 12th July at Hinsley Hall, 62 Headingley Lane, Leeds, LS6 2BX.
The National Assembly of CLC England and Wales welcomes members from across our community to pray, discern, and reflect together on CLC’s mission and direction. The weekend provides space to listen to the Holy Spirit, strengthen community and share with each other.
The theme for this year’s assembly is ‘Who IS my neighbour?’ in the context of migration. Migration is a vital concern for Christians because it touches directly on the Gospel call to welcome the stranger, uphold human dignity and stand in solidarity with the poor and excluded. This is one of the five frontiers of World CLC, and we are called as missionary disciples to accompany migrants with compassion and work for justice and peace. You can register your place by clicking on the link below to complete the online form.
Places are limited, so we recommend you book as early as you can. If you are attending as a couple or family, please submit one form for each person but state you would like to share a room.
If you have any questions, please contact the CLC Administrator.
Blessings
Mary Sellers
North West Regional Representative
